Thanksgiving Sliders

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of Hawaiian Rolls
  • 12 slices of honey roasted turkey
  • 4 oz Cranberry Jellied Sauce
  • 1 cup herb stuffing
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 8 oz Brie Cheese
  • 2 tbs Butter
  • 1/4th tsp Trader Joes Everything But The Seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
  2. Gently shake the box of stuffing to ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed. Open the bag and measure one cup of stuffing, placing it into a mixing bowl.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of water to the stuffing in the bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute.
  4. Take an 8 x 11 inch pan and apply a light coating of cooking spray to prevent the bread from sticking.
  5. Carefully cut the Hawaiian Rolls in half, creating a top and bottom portion, and lay the bottom halves in the prepared pan.
  6. Arrange one piece of turkey on each roll.
  7. Evenly distribute the prepared stuffing over the turkey.
  8. Slice the brie into thin pieces and layer them over the stuffing.
  9. To make the cranberry sauce easier to spread, give it a quick mix, and then spread it on the bottom of the top layer of rolls or layer it over the brie.
  10. Place the top layer of rolls right side up onto the sliders.
  11. In a microwave-safe dish, melt the butter along with 1/4 tsp of the seasoning. Drizzle the seasoned butter over the sliders or baste them using a brush.
  12. Cover the pan with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, uncovered.
  13. Once done, allow the sliders to cool slightly before serving
